Hmmm, what is there to say about this photo...
Ok, so it is pretty obvious that it is an HDR photo, do doubt about that.
Maybe abit over the top for me when it comes to the overall result, but I'll try to avoid it guiding my critique...
The only good matter I usually see in these kinds of HDR photo is the extreme colours they give off. It is an excellent way of showing off every feature possible, not my style unfortunantly, but still very goodlooking. It works great in small size, but full size made me see all kinds of features that I sort of just got hung up in.

The rest of the photo... hmmm...
Ok... what I do like particularly here is the type of windmill. I do love that style you can find around the US and the midwest. But why the head on-and-in-the-middle approach? I agree that it puts focus on the windmill and leaves no doubt about what you were intending to photograph. I do however feel that this approach tends to get the viewer searching all over the photo, not my their own will, but simply beacuse the eyes will prefer something like the golden cut or the 1/3 rule. I'm not saying you should use this rule down to the last letter, but simply placing the windmill slightly off center would propably make a world of a difference.
Enough of my whining on the issue....

For other parts of the composition I feel you have created a rather well balanced photo. The amount of features in the sky are balancing out the features of the ground. (Btw: was this some kind of campsite?)
Also, the faded colour of the grass works perfectly with the faded lines of the sky. I'm no expert on the issue, but I feel these tones of the colours are rather soothing or calming to watch.

The one last thing I want to point out is only a small matter, but to me it seems to make a big difference. The slight motion blur on the blades of the windmill. Maybe it is only from the tonemapping process, maybe it was due to ghosting of in the hdr process, or maybe you were just a genious in capturing it. Hard to say, but it puts the dot over the "I".

Just an honest opinion.
